I completed my 30 days as a vegetarian. Honestly, it was a lot easier than I thought it would be! I definitely didn’t go out to eat as often (yay for saving money!), because I was afraid I would be too tempted to eat meat. But it was fun to try new foods and recipes at home!
I have decided that, for the time being, I will be an “aspiring vegetarian” and eat chicken and seafood occasionally. I am going to try to avoid red meat altogether. Eventually, I would like to incorporate more vegan and raw food options into my diet, but I need to do some more research to make sure I’m being healthy about it.
