We’re in the middle of week 4 right now. I’ve been doing ok, I guess. This week is going REALLY well, though. It turns out having a stomach bug = losing your appetite = weight loss!! (Obviously, I am NOT advocating starvation here, but at least I’m gaining something good from something really yucky!)
Progress so far (I’m not putting the actual numbers here, just the pounds lost, and TOTAL percentage lost (% lost from starting weight):
End of Week 1 -> lost 1.6 lbs. / 1.17 %
End of Week 2 -> lost 1.2 lbs. / 2.04 %
End of Week 3 -> GAINED .1 lb. / 1.97 %
Week 4 weigh-in is on Monday!!
